Stile Croft allotments get a makeover

THERE been more evidence of Bush Fair’s Labour Councillor’s being prepared to get their hands dirty this weekend.
Eugenie Harvey, the Labour candidate in this year’s Local Elections joined Cllr Beckett in a visit to Stile Croft Allotment where Herts & Essex Community Farm are currently rejuvenating a plot for future usage.
Cllr Beckett said “I’ve been trying to see the Community Farm working on this side of town for some time and although this is a small, strenuous project, it’s a great start and I’m keen to explore other possibilities with them”.
Eugenie and Ian both leant a hand digging ditches and turning over soil. Eugenie said “Let’s be clear, we made a small contribution to the work of these guys who’ve spent the day here. They’re a phenomenal group and I’m specifically hoping they can advise us on a project we hope to develop called ‘Bush Fair in Bloom’.
Herts & Essex Community Farm are reliant upon volunteers and new volunteers are always welcome at either this short term site at Stile Croft or their well established Fold Croft site near Cannons Brook – email for me information: [email protected]
Electioneering at it's very worst. Mz Harvey got herself involved in the Churchgate Street local group, to try and do something about the speeding traffic through the village. Nothing happened and she passed the buck to someone else. But, she does sit on the local committee ? Good Luck to those who vote for her. I'd rather have a sloth.
This is proof that this is an electioneering gimmick from Cllr Beckett & Ms Harvey trying to clean up. What are you trying to say that this ward is messy? Well it is not, thanks to UKIP Cllr Dan Long who keeps his ward clean. He also listens to the needs of the residents of his ward, and he also lives in the ward of Bush Fair, unlike Ms Harvey.
This not anything new. I have been going out and about cleaning up parts of Bush fair long before I got involved in politics. I still do go out about cleaning up. One thing I didn't and don't do It for is put a fulse message to the residents of Bush fair. I clean up around Bush fair because I am a loyal resident of Bush fair and a 100% dedicated and committed Councillor of Bush fair. I so take pride in where I live and i also listen to the concerns and opinion of the residents unlike this Labour administratingparty. A clean environment is a safe environment and if it do need mending, don't try fix it. That's my motto. UKIP Harlow, putting Harlow and the people of Harlow first.
Such a terribly unsubtle attempt that electioneering that I'm surprised they weren't wearing Jeremy Corbyn t-shirts or Vote Labour sandwich boards! By the way - how do they support a community farm one minute, yet are photographed with sausages the next....?
