Harlow Council to provide emergency accommodation for homeless

HARLOW Council is working with Streets2Homes to provide emergency accommodation for anyone sleeping rough in Harlow during the current severe weather spell.
The Council’s severe weather emergency protocol was activated last night (22 February 2018) and will be reviewed on Monday (26 February 2018). Accommodation will continue to be offered to anyone sleeping rough while temperatures are forecast to drop under 0 Degrees Celsius or below for three nights or more.
The emergency provision is funded by the Council with Street2homes coordinating the accommodation and making contact with rough sleepers.
