Statement from Essex Police

We were contacted shortly after 10.30am this morning, March 6, with reports of a body had been found at an address on Southern Way, Harlow.

Officers attended but sadly the man was found deceased.

His death is being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances.

Next of kin have been informed.

1100 hrs

A NUMBER of emergency service vehicles are in attendance at the Park Inn, Harlow.

Three ambulances and three police cars are parked in the grounds of the hotel on Southern Way in Harlow.

All attended with their blue lights on.

YH has contacted both Essex Police and East of England Ambulance Service and am awaiting a response.
