A HARLOW artist has unveiled his latest controversial work and says he would like £10,000 from the taxpayer.
Isaac Verrall and his fellow artists gathered at the Toddbrook opposite the duckpond on Second Avenue to unveil his latest controversial work.
Isaac told us that he had been working on the art all winter. Many may have seen it develop as they drove by.
So we went along to the unveiling and to find out a little bit more.
Many may welcome this latest addition to the Harlow Sculpture trail but others will wonder if there could be a better way to spend £10,000 of taxpayers money in Harlow.
Sculpture adds cultural significance and diversity to a town, improving its image to the wider county and country and potentially encouraging more investment. Given that, £10k could prove a snip.
Check the date, that was a waste of 3 minutes perhaps site hits are down.
Ha Ha. Some diversity.
