WELL done to Harlow runner, Amie Bruce, who completed the London Marathon on Sunday despite the sweltering conditions.

Amie, 21, competed the 26 mile course in 6 hours and 23 minutes on a day when the temperature topped 23 degrees.

She has raised over £5,000 for mental health charity MIND.

Amie lives in Church Langley and went to Mark Hall Academy.

She is a student at Nottingham Trent University.
