There’s still time to be part of Harlow Carnival
TWENTY-three local groups have so far confirmed that they will be taking part in the Harlow Carnival on Sunday 26 August 2018.
If your local group, organisation or business wants to be a part of the parade there is still plenty of time to get involved. You can register your interest at www.harlow.gov.uk/carnival-form
The carnival will start from Bush Fair at 12noon and make its way down Tillwicks Road to Howard Way, past the Stow where it will go down First Avenue and turning into Fifth Avenue before making its way into the Town Park. This will all be in time for the popular Linkfest music event, which this year will take place on the Showground and Bandstand.
