2100 hrs

A NUMBER of police vehicles plus a dog unit are searching the Tumbler Road area of Harlow.

Officers from the dog unit have told YH that they are searching for a motorcyclist that they would like to speak to.

May or not be wearing a helmet.

If members of the public see him they are asked to ring 999.
