Harlow’s paddling pools are open

Lifestyle / Tue 24th Jul 2018 at 07:19am

HARLOW’S five paddling pools and Splash Park have today (23 July 2018) officially opened for the six week summer holidays.

The five paddling pools are at Bush Fair, Norman Booth (Old Harlow), Staple Tye, Sumners and the Town Park and the Splash Park is at Potter Street.

The pools, which are open seven days a week from 10am to 6pm, will close for the season on Sunday 2 September 2018. Although there are attendants working at each pool, all children must be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times.

The pools will temporarily close when they need to be drained and refilled for health and safety reasons or if there are any maintenance issues.

The latest information on each pool can be found at www.harlow.gov.uk/paddling-pools

Magnificent. The paddling pools are such a progressive initiative that benefits all.

Possibly an ' initiative ' for a hopeful few votes too !

Cynicism as usual from Micky. And his ire is once again raised by a report with a picture of some women on it. No surprise there.
