Harlow Council agree to look again at plans to replace paddling pools

HARLOW Council has agreed to look again at plans to replace all the paddling pools with splash parks.
The subject was discussed at a meeting of the full council at the civic offices on Thursday night.
The discussion began with a speech by Harlow resident, Martin Dear, who started a petition which gathered over 1500 signatures.
The council agreed to discuss the matter further at a scrutiny committee.
