THE OLD MEN’S RUNNING CLUB (OMRC) is a hardy group of Harlow dads who want to raise £5,000 for the Dolphin Ward at Princess Alexandra Hospital.

They are all very grateful for the work of the much-loved and respected ward and so want to give a little back.

The team of eight plan to run 500 kilometres in one year through a series of races and challenges.
