Volunteers Week: Why Andy Jamieson became a Special Constable

ON THURSDAY we visited Harlow Police Station and spoke to Special Constable Andy Jamieson. In a number of ways, it takes a lot to commit to being a “Special” but in our interview with Andy, we learned that Essex Police go a long way to making shifts as flexible as possible.

This is National Volunteers Week and as part fo our films, we wanted to pay tribute to all those who go the extra mile to make Harlow a better place.

We think that the Special Constables deserve a special mention.
