THE Harvey Centre has launched a fantastic competition, across its social media channels, for Harlow’s fashion conscious fans.

The competition, which runs across Facebook and Twitter, is asking fans to share their most fashionable photos, taken through the decades along with the hashtag #WhatHarlowWore for the chance to win a £100 gift card to spend at a Harvey Centre store of the winner’s choice.

The competition is open to all generations, so whether customers were swinging through the 60’s in mini-skirts and bell-bottoms, groovin’ through the 70’s in a mod mini dress, rocking through the 80’s in shoulder pads and ‘poufs’ or knee-deep in 90’s sportswear favourites like Fila, Kappa and Umbro, they can enter for the chance to win.

Fans have until 19th July 2019 to upload their photos, which should be taken in or around Harlow. The top two entries will be chosen by a panel of judges, with the final decision being put to the public vote via a Facebook poll. The winning entry will be announced on 31st July 2019.

Terms and conditions apply and can be found on The Harvey Centre’s website.

Bryan Young, Centre Manager at The Harvey Centre says, “We’re really looking forward to seeing all the entries in this competition and the sense of nostalgia they should evoke – looking back at fashion trends and the Harlow landscape over the years.”
