Parish council opposes garden centre alcohol licence

AN objection has been raised by North Weald Bassett Parish Council against a Premises Licence for Harlow Garden Centre, Canes Lane, for the sale of alcohol on and off the premises.

The application, which will be determined by Epping Forest District Council’s licensing sub-committee, is for alcohol sales between 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Saturday and between 10am and 4.30pm on Sundays (the same as the garden centre’s opening hours).
