Dear Editor,

ON the 28th of October 2019 it was the fifth anniversary of our father’s passing.

Our father worked tirelessly in obedience training in Harlow for the residents who needed it.

For over 30 years he tackled many proplems with dogs and owners in how to keep a pet correctly.

Unfortunately Harlow and District dog training school ceased to operate a few years ago but his name will live on forever.

Lee Dangerfield son of Peter Dangerfield said.”Not a day goes past that I don’t think of Dad. But I will say his ability to deal with dogs was immense.”

“He always took everything in his stride and was a powerful unsung hero of Harlow”

“Many people won’t know that Mum and Dad were also foster parents for Essex County council for all our up bringing and the house was never empty.”

Peter a engineer all his life but turned to Greyhound racing nearly 20 years ago continued the dog theme in his way of achieving a life long passion for animals.

Pat Dangerfield the wife of Peter said: “His passing still plays a major part of everything I do daily but I know he’s watching over us all”

“It’s always a very sad day but we will always keep his memory alive”
