PLANS by a Harlow property developer for a 44-bed hotel on the outskirts of Bishop’s Stortford have been withdrawn, a week before they were recommended for refusal by members of East Herts Council’s development management committee reports the Bishops Stortford Independent.
The application was from Paul Mapp, of Abben Investments Limited in Harlow.
Mr Mapp’s agent Malcolm Horswill confirmed his client would look again at the scheme in light of the officers’ report, setting out why it should be rejected.
