Harlow man banned after being found five times over the drink-driving limit

A MAN living in Harlow has been banned from driving after being found five times over the drink-driving limit.

Paweł Karwacki, aged 34, of The Rows, Harlow pleaded guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.

On 02/11/2019 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely Citroen, on a road, namely Harlow Mill, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 156 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit

Karwacki was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 month(s). Disqualification to be reduced by 18 weeks if by 27/11/2020 the defendant satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
He was also fined £195.00
