Harlow man set to stand trial over assault

A HARLOW man is set to stand trial over an assault.
Dylan Davis, aged 20, of Blackbush Spring, Harlow has been charged with the following.
On 26/04/2019 at Harlow assaulted another male by beating him.
Davis was remanded on unconditional bail until next appearance on February 21st at Chelmsford magistrates court.
He has pleaded not guilty.
A teenager has also pleaded guilty to the same offence.
The seventeen-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons was referred to Harlow youth offender panel for a contract having effect for six months. He was also fined £65.00
