IAN KENDAL is executive headteacher of Our Lady of Fatima Multi Academy Trust. The Trust incorporates St Albans Catholic Primary on First Avenue and St Luke’s Catholic Primary off Abercrombie Way.

We went down to speak to Mr Kendal to find out how the two schools are doing and his vision for the future.
