A MAN has been fined for being drunk and disorderly in the front counter of Harlow police station.

Sergei Romanov, aged 49, of No Fixed Abode, pleaded guilty to the following.

On 14/12/2019 at Harlow in a public place, namely the front office of Harlow police station, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour

Romanov was fined a total of £187.00
