A HARLOW man is set to stand trial of charges in relation to alleged sex offences.

Jamie Smith, aged 33, of Northbrooks, Harlow has been charged with the following.

On 30/09/2018 at Harlow intentionally touched a girl aged 13 and that touching was sexual when she did not consent and you did not reasonably believe that she was consenting

On 30/09/2018 at Harlow, being a person aged 18 or over, intentionally touched a girl aged 13, not reasonably believing she was aged 16 or over, and the touching was sexual.

On 30/09/2018 at Harlow, being a person aged 18 or over, intentionally caused or incited a girl aged 13, not reasonably believing she was aged 16 or over, to engage in sexual activity.

A trial date of February 2nd has been set.

Smith has entered a plea of not guilty.
