Man arrested over theft of eight bicycles across town

A MAN has been arrested in Harlow on suspicion of stealing eight bicycles from various locations in the town.
The thefts are believed to have occurred between December 2019 and the beginning of this month.
The 44-year-old local man was arrested by the Town Centre Team during their foot patrols earlier today, Wednesday 15 April.
He remains in custody for questioning.
