Man charged after B and Q lorry ploughed into side of house in Harlow

A MAN has been reported for offences after a heavy goods vehicle struck a house in Harlow.
Navarain Singh, 39, of Mansion Drive, Tipton, West Midlands, has been summonsed to Colchester Magistrates’ Court on Friday 3 July to answer one count of driving without due care of attention and seven counts of failing to use a tachograph record sheet.
It follows reports a lorry collided with a building in Canons Gate at around 3.30am on Tuesday 17 December.
