Harlow man made subject of domestic violence order

A HARLOW man has been made subject of a domestic violence protection order.

James Cullen, aged 32, of Mill Court, Edinburgh Gate, Harlow was made subject as follows:

Application for a domestic violence protection order.
A domestic violence protection notice was served by a Constable on 01/06/2020.
In accordance with section 27 Crime and Security Act 2010.

Domestic violence protection order (DVPO) made for 28 days for the protection of an associated person. The defendant must not molest the associated person by a) use or threaten violence against the person for whose protection the DVPO is made and must not instruct or encourage or in any way suggest that any other person should do so b) intimidate, harass or pester the person for whose protection the DVPO is made and must not encourage or in any way suggest that any other person should do so c) contact directly or indirectly through text, letter, phone, social media or any other means.

To expire: 23:59 29/06/2020. In relation to premises at Mill Court, Edinburgh Gate, Harlow, CM20, 2JG, the defendant is prohibited from entering these premises.

James Cullen to pay costs of £250.00 to the police.
