Man pleads guilty to assaulting a woman and vandalism

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman and damaging her phone.

Dominic Goodger, aged 28, of Great Brays, Harlow pleaded guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On 23/09/2018 at Harlow without lawful excuse, destroyed destroyed iPhone to the value of £800 belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.

On 23/09/2018 at Harlow assaulted a woman by beating her.

On 24/10/2018 at Chelmsford failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings.

On 28/08/2019 at Chelmsford failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on 21/08/2019 at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court.

Goodger was made subject of a community order and carry out an Unpaid Work Requirement for 160 hours within the next twelve months.

He was also fined £385.00
