HARLOW Lunch Club will soon be starting their summer lunches for the needy but they need help.

A spokespersoan said: “Last year our similar scheme had support from Bounty Club but due to Covd-19 that is not operating this year.

“If any businesses could save us some money by giving us some of the following items for our picnic bags that would really help: small cartons/bottles of healthy drinks eg. juice/water; fresh fruit; salad stuff; carrots; celery; peppers; baked crisps or similar.

“If anyone could let us have mini hand sanitiser bottles and child sun cream to put in the picnic bags that would also be great!

It is just for August so a short use is fine so long as it is up to the end of August.

We hope to feed around 90 people per week (in different groups obviously!)
