A HARLOW resident has been charged with two counts of fraud.

Anis Ben-Sghaier, aged 28, of Collins Meadow has been charged as follows:

Between 05/07/2017 and 08/11/2017 at Harlow committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely used American Express card, intending to cause loss to another or to expose that person to a risk of loss

Between 01/07/2017 and 11/02/2018 at Harlow in the county of Essex committed fraud in that you dishonestly made a false representation, namely claimed to be a broker Peter Francis investing money in Dubai Investments, intending to cause loss to another or to expose that person to a risk of loss
