St James’ C of E primary school delighted to be back

Education: Primary / Sat 5th Sep 2020 at 09:28am

STAFF at St James’ C of E Primary School on Paringdon Road were absolutely delighted to welcome back all of their children on Thursday 3rd September.

“It has just been wonderful to see all of our pupils, old and new, and their smiling faces this week.  It has been so good to finally have everyone back!” said Head of School, Casey Cox.

The teaching staff at St James’ have spent the first two days focussing heavily on well-being and making sure that the children feel safe and happy to be back in school.  “I’m really happy to be back and see my friends.  I like doing painting and listening to stories as well.” says Keira the Lemonade Kid.

St James’ is a small Church of England school with a very strong community spirit and it is brilliant to see our school family reunited.
