THE great Harlow poppy appeal is back

Do you know someone who can knit or crochet?

Harlow Council is looking for residents to make 3 inch size poppies which will form part of a public display leading up to Remembrance Sunday in November.

If you can help please either:

Put them in the post to Knitted Poppy Appeal, Civic Centre, The Water Gardens, Harlow CM20 1WG

Arrange to leave them in a box inside the main entrance of the Civic Centre. The centre is open Monday to Friday 9am to 4.45pm

The poppies are needed by 2 October.
