Teenager charged for riding bike in town centre

A TEENAGER has been charged with riding his bicycle through the town centre.
Paulos Gebrezabher, aged 19, of Valley Hill, Loughton has been charged with the following.
On September 16th, 2019 at Harlow, without reasonable excuse,
at approximately 11:51 you failed to comply with the requirements of the PSPO by riding a bicycle through the town centre of Harlow which you were prohibited from doing by a public spaces protection order.
The case has been adjourned until December 3rd at Chelmsford Magistrates court.
The complainer is Harlow District Council.

About time this council started to come down hard on those who cycle through the town centre. I am really surprised that spec savers have not made millions of pounds of profit whilst the town centre as one way restrictions in place. The amount of people who can not red arrows.

Welcome to the new normal North Korea. Glad to see our wonderful police force dealing with these master criminals. I am so shocked that with them doing such a wonderful job dealing with these criminals Harlow town is ranked with the 4th highest crime rate in Essex . Also with town centre being the worst area for crime in Harlow and only 238 violent crimes alone in August this year I now feel safe this teenager was arrested for riding his bike
