Teenager charged for riding bike in town centre

A TEENAGER has been charged with riding his bicycle through the town centre.

Paulos Gebrezabher, aged 19, of Valley Hill, Loughton has been charged with the following.

On September 16th, 2019 at Harlow, without reasonable excuse,
at approximately 11:51 you failed to comply with the requirements of the PSPO by riding a bicycle through the town centre of Harlow which you were prohibited from doing by a public spaces protection order.

The case has been adjourned until December 3rd at Chelmsford Magistrates court.

The complainer is Harlow District Council.
