Harlow man banned for three years for drink driving and other road traffic offences

A HARLOW man has been banned from driving for over three years for drink-driving and other road traffic offences.
Jay Michael, aged 38, of The Dashes, Harlow pleaded guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.
On 12/09/2020 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely Fiat Scudo on a road, Altham Grove, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, 46 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.
On 12/09/2020 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely Fiat Scudo on a road, Altham Grove otherwise than in accordance with a licence authorising you to drive a motor vehicle of that class.
On 12/09/2020 at Harlow used a motor vehicle, Fiat Scudo on a road, or other public place, Altham Grove, when there was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance.
Michael was disqualified from driving for three years and two months. He was also fined £260.00
