Teenage boys robbed of bikes at knife point near Nicholls Field underpass

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after two young boys were robbed of their bicycles at knifepoint.
The teenagers were on their bikes in Nicholls Field, Harlow at just before 4pm on Saturday 20 March when they were approached by the two suspects who threatened them with a knife before demanding they hand over their bikes.

The victims handed over a black and bright green Karrera Vovlin bike and a blue and purple Mafia bike with purple wheels and the suspects fled. Both suspects are described as teenage boys who were wearing all black and face masks.

Officers are now investigating the robbery and would like to hear from anyone in the area at the time who may have seen anyone matching the description of the suspects or who may have seen two people with the distinctive bike.
Anyone offered the bike for sale is also asked to get in touch.
