Second man arrested after man stabbed in Milwards

A SECOND man has been arrested in connection with an incident where a man sustained a stab wound to his stomach.
It was reported the victim, who is in his 20s, was assaulted in Milwards at around 11.25pm on Tuesday 23 March.
He was taken to hospital where his injury is not believed to be life threateneing.
A 25 year-old man had been arrested on suspicion of GBH with intent and has now been released on bail until 16 April.
Today (Thursday 25 March), a 19 year-old man from Harlow has been arrested on suspicion of GBH with intent and is currently in custody.

Statement from Ambulance Service
“We were called to the Milwards area shortly after 11.20pm last night after receiving reports that a man had sustained a stab wound.
“We sent a rapid response vehicle, ambulance, ambulance officer and a car from the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance.
“Crews treated a male patient at the scene before transporting him to hospital for further assessment and care”.
