Planning bid for extra floor on top of Market House in town centre

A BID to build eight new flats on top of Market House in the town centre has been submitted to Harlow Council.
The application is for a fourth floor to provide eight new self-contained flats including external alterations.
This is on top of the building that stands on the north side of Market Square in the town centre.

If there are objections, then this matter may go before the Harlow Council planning committee.
