AN OLD Harlow woman has been fined for not having a child under five-years-of age secured in a vehicle that was uninsured.
Stevie Ballard, aged 34, of The Oxleys, Harlow was penalised for the following.
On November 11th, 2020, used a Vauxhall Astra on Wayre Street, Old Harlow when there was no insurance in force covering that use of the vehicle.
On November 11th, 2020 used a Vauxhall Astra on Wayre Street, Old Harlow, the manner in which passengers were carried on it, namely a child under five, was such that its use involved a danger of injury to any person
Ballard was fined £1300.00 and had eight penalty points taken off her licence.
