Harlow driver given ten points for refusing blood test

A HARLOW driver has been fined and had points placed on his licence for refusing to submit to a blood test.
Lee Curtis, aged 40, of Nicholls Field, Harlow pleaded guilty to the following.
On November 26th at Grays when suspected of having been in charge of a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test pursuant to section 7 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 in the course of an investigation into whether you had committed an offence under section 3A, 4, 5 or 5A thereof, failed, without reasonable excuse, to do so.
Curtis was fined £325 and had ten points put on his licence.
