Harlow woman ordered to undertake drug dependency course after admitting to string of thefts

A HARLOW woman has pleaded guilty to eleven charges of theft and dishonesty.

Atlanta Wilsher, aged 26, of Upper Mealines, Harlow pleaded guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On February 5th, 2021 at Harlow stole Guess sunglasses in a red case, to the value of 150 euros.

On February 5th, 2021 at Harlow interfered with a Toyota Prius or anything carried in or on the same with the intention that an offence of theft of the said motor vehicle or part of it or of anything carried in or on the said motor vehicle or an offence.

ON Feb 5th, 2021 at Harlow interfered with a Range Rover or anything carried in or on the same with the intention that an offence of theft of the said motor vehicle or part of it or of anything carried in or on the said motor vehicle or an offence.

On Feb 5th, 2021 at Harlow interfered with a Mercedes or anything carried in or on the same with the intention that an offence of theft of the said motor vehicle or part of it or of anything carried in or on the said motor vehicle or an offence.

On Feb 5th 2021 at Harlow interfered with a Mercedes or anything carried in or on the same with the intention that an offence of theft of the said motor vehicle or part of it or of anything carried in or on the said motor vehicle or an offence.

Between Feb 2nd and Feb 3rd at Harlow stole a Samsung smart phone, of a value unknown.

On Feb 3rd, 2021 at Harlow interfered with a Suzuki Swift or anything carried in or on the same with the intention that an offence of theft of the said motor vehicle or part of it or of anything carried in or on the said motor vehicle or an offence.

On Feb 3rd at Harlow interfered with a BMW X5 or anything carried in or on the same with the intention that an offence of theft of the said motor vehicle or part of it or of anything carried in or on the said motor vehicle or an offence.

On Feb 2nd, 2021 at Harlow stole prescription glasses and 80p change, of a value unknown.

On Feb 4th, 2021 at Harlow stole keys and change, of a value unknown.

On Feb 5th at Harlow interfered with a BMW or anything carried in or on the same with the intention that an offence of theft of the said motor vehicle or part of it or of anything carried in or on the said motor vehicle or an offence

On April 19th, 2021 at Chelmsford failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on 20/03/2021 at Chelmsford Magistrates.

Wilsher was made subject of a community order.

Drug Rehabilitation Requirement: Have treatment for drug dependency by or under the direction of Phoenix Futures at Phoenix Futures as a non-resident for 6 months.

Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: Offender to comply with any instructions of the responsible officer to attend appointments (with the responsible officer or someone else nominated by them), or to participate in any activity as required by the responsible officer up to a maximum of 30 days.
