WE interviewed the leader of Harlow Council Mark Ingall by the growing trees on Southern Way. We thought it was several years ago but in fact it was last January when we went along to interview him there.

We went back to see him on the eve of the council elections.

There are the who see it (in Harlow ) on a knife edge whilst others (YH) who think the margins in a number of words are just a bit big.

But we were here to find out why Mark Ingall believes Labour are right to lead the council and ask a few questions of their campaign strategy.

On Wednesday morning, we went down to Nicholls Field to speak to the young Conservative candidate, Dan Swords.

Dan has been a force of nature during the campaign. He has done lap after lap of Bush Fair on foot and driven lap after lap around the town in the Tory wagon.

Labour won this seat by 177 in 2019 but this seat has been Lib Dem and UKIP before. It is volatile but we think Mark Ingall should get home safely.
