Essex Police are no longer looking for Ellis Smithers.

A 25-year-old man from Clacton was arrested on 10 August on suspicion of assault, harassment, malicious communications and arson.

Following enquiries he was released without charge and faces no further action.

The 25-year-old has links to Harlow and Sawbridgeworth.
