TWO people have been charged with drugs offences in Harlow.

Stephanie Mattacks, 35, of Trehurst Street, Homerton, London, has been charged with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin, and conspiracy to transfer criminal property.

Morad Limlahi, 32, of Rossendale Street, Clapton, London, has been charged with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin.

They are due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today, Saturday 8 May.

They were arrested on Friday 7 May as part of an investigation into a drugs line from London supplying crack cocaine and heroin in Harlow.
