Teenager arrested in Harlow following fatal collision in Waltham Abbey

A TEENAGER has been arrested in connection with a fatal traffic collision.
Neil Darnell, 50, from Waltham Abbey, sadly died after he was in collision with a car in Farm Hill Road, Waltham Abbey, at 10am on Friday 16 April.
Detectives have been carrying out extensive enquiries and a 17-year-old boy from the Cheshunt area was arrested last night, Saturday 8 May, in Harlow, in connection with the investigation.
He remains in custody, where he is being questioned on suspicion of murder.
We are continuing our investigation into the circumstances behind the collision and thank witnesses who have helped with our enquiries.
