A CHURCH Langley man is set to stand trial over an accusation that his dog was dangerously out of control when it injured a man.

Jamie Czechhowicz, aged 25, of Ashworth Place, Harlow was charged with the following.

On January 12th, 2020, at Harlow, were in charge of a dog, namely a Rottweiler, which was dangerously out of control in Ashworth Place and whilst so out of control injured a male.

A trial date of May 28th at Chelmsford Crown Court has been set.
