THERE were dramatic scenes in Harlow after a car burst into flames on Friday lunchtime.

The incident occurred at just after 1 pm at the Second Avenue/Howard Way roundabout.

The car was on the grass verge. It looks like the occupants had got out of the vehicle and were at a safe distance.

All emergency services attended.

As you may see from our film, the fire service put the fire out.

Traffic was being held back in all directions.
