Harlow resident given two year ban for driving under influence of drugs.

A HARLOW resident has been banned for two years after driving under the influence of drugs.

Nicolae Bratu, aged 24, of Rushes Mead, Harlow pleaded guilty to the following.

On October 8th, 2020 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely Hyundai Accent, on a road, Milwards, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (?9-THC) in your blood, namely >10 micrograms of analyte per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit.

He had committed the offences whilst subject to a community order for being in possession of an offensive weapon.

Bratu was banned for two years, fined £195.00 and made subject to a community order.
