A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to a number of offences in relation to downloading images of child abuse as well as sending an obscene photograph to a child.

Dylan Burns, aged 24, of The Hornbeams, Harlow pleaded guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

Between 01/01/2016 and 30/08/2018 at Harlow; made an indecent photographs, namely ,143 Category A, of a child.

Between 01/01/2016 and 30/08/2018 at Harlow made an indecent photographs, namely ,230 Cat B images of a child.

Between 01/01/2016 and 30/08/2018 at Harlow made an indecent photograph, namely ,168 Category C images of a child.

Between 01/01/2016 and 30/08/2018 at Harlow made an indecent photograph, namely ,3 Cat A images and 1 Cat A video of a child.

Between 01/01/2016 and 30/08/2018 at Harlow made an indecent photograph, namely ,1 Cat B image of a child.

Between 01/01/2016 and 30/08/2018 at Harlow made an indecent photograph, namely ,4 Cat C images of a child.

Between 01/01/2016 and 30/08/2018 at Harlow made an indecent photograph, namely ,7 Cat A images and 31 Cat A videos of a child (HD/7 hard drive).

Between 01/01/2016 and 30/08/2018 at Harlow made an indecent photograph, namely ,5 Cat B images and 89 Cat B videos of a child (HD/7 hard drive).

Between 01/01/2016 and 30/08/2018 at Harlow made an indecent photograph, namely ,15 Cat C images and 9 Cat C videos of a child (HD/7 hard drive).

Between 01/06/2018 and 30/08/2018 at Harlow, being a person aged 18 or over, for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification, intentionally communicated with a person under 16 who you did not reasonably believe to be 16 or over, the communication being sexual, namely by sending him a picture of your erect penis and telling him that you loved him.

Burns will next appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on August 4th, 2021 for sentencing.
