Newhall man banned after driving five times over the limit

A HARLOW resident has been banned and fined after being found five times over the legal limit for driving.
Alexander Moskalev, aged 54, of The Chase, Harlow was guilty of the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.
On May 29th, 2020 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, in a public place, BP Garage, A414, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your blood, namely 178 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, exceeded the prescribed limit.
Moskalev was fined £520.00 and banned for nineteen months.
