Old Harlow man made subject to alcohol ban after assaulting woman

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman.
George Bloxham, aged 28, of Brummel Place, Walford Close, Old Harlow made the plea to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.
On July 26th, 2021 assaulted a woman by beating her.
Bloxham was made subject of a community order as follows: Alcohol Abstinence Requirement: Abstain from consuming any alcohol throughout a period of 90 days.
During this time you must submit to such arrangements for monitoring as directed by or on behalf of the responsible officer.
Programme Requirement: Participate in an accredited programme for 29 days.
He was also fined £200.00
Obviously the punishment did not fit the crime. He should b made accountable for his actions to ensure this does not happen to another unsuspecting lady
