Over the border: Police appeal after hit and run in Little Hallingbury

ESSEX Police are appealing for information after a collision in Little Hallingbury, which involved a car and a motorbike.

The motorcyclist, a man in his 20s, and their teenage passenger received serious injuries to her arm after falling from her bike.

It occurred on Lower Road, near to Little Hallingbury School, just before 12.20am on Saturday 7 August.

The car, believed to be dark-coloured and either a Ford Focus or Fiesta, did not stop at the scene.

It is believed to have had a number of passengers inside, all described as being in their late teens to mid-20s and was last seen driving in the direction of Bishop’s Stortford.

Anyone with information, dash cam, or relevant CCTV is asked to contact us quoting the incident number 29 of 7 August.
