Harlow man to be sentenced for breaching sexual harm prevention order

A HARLOW man is set to be sentenced over failing to delete his internet history.

Charlie Maginn, aged 23, of Tilbury Mead, Harlow pleaded guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

Between March 1st and March 31st 2021 at Harlow, without reasonable excuse, you have failed to notify your monitoring officer of a new Amazon Kindle Fire within five days of starting to use it, that you were prohibited from doing by a sexual harm prevention order made by North Essex on 17 September 2020

Between same dates, at Harlow without reasonable excuse, did something, namely you have failed deleted your internet history which is against the terms of you Sexual Harm Prevention Order.

Maginn will next appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on September 3rd, 2021 for a breach of Crown Court suspended sentence.
