A NEW cafe in Harlow was opened on Sunday afternoon by MP Robert Halfon.

Hazel’s Kitchen is based at Slacksbury Hatch off Hare Street.

Cafe owner, Hazel said: “I want this cafe to have a real community feel to it.

“Today, we have raised money for the Essex Air Ambulance and I want that to be a constant theme.

“We also want people to come and eat at our cafe.”

The front of the cafe was decorated with balloons, thanks to another Harlow company, Wow Events (@woweventsdecoration) led by Iren Balaban.

As the local councillor I wish the owners great success. Really welcoming community who I hope will enjoy the many delights of the menu. Wonderful to see the local hatches busy
