THE local community are invited to enjoy a festive carol service with The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT).
The service will take place on Wednesday 15 December from 5:30pm at St Paul’s Church, Harlow.
Attendees can listen to readings by healthcare staff and local people, with carol singing led by the PAHT choir.
Reverend Christian Okeke, lead chaplain at PAHT, said: “Christmas is a time of delight and joy, and also an opportunity for us to come together to celebrate and reflect on what we are thankful for.
“This is the sixth year that the Christmas carol service has taken place and is a great way to begin the festivities and give our thanks to our patients, visitors and the local community for their ongoing support over the last year.
“We hope that local people are able to attend and join in with the festive spirit. No tickets are required for the event, please come along and enjoy refreshments and a mince pie following the service.”
Please note that attendees must wear a face mask to the service and continue to maintain social distancing.
A good opportunity to remember the PAH staff who lost their lives to Covid-19.
